With over 35 years of combined drawing and sculpturing experience, Richard and Diana Moore specialize in teaching students ages 8 and above who feel they lack talent.
They use an advanced step-by-step technique to build an artist's confidence and skill. Classes include individualized attention to each student.

They cover the drawing of animals, landscapes, still life, portraits and more using mediums such as pencil, charcoal and oil pastel.
The beauty behind their teaching is that no natural talent is required to become an artist. Their technique builds a link between the student's left and right brain to establish his or her own ability to create realistic drawings with minute detail.
Providing a safe and relaxed atmosphere, allows Richard and Diana to teach at the student's own pace to assure the best and most fruitful results.
Richard and Diana's experience includes designing concepts for American corporations and completing painting and sculpture commissions for individuals and companies. They have taught over 2,000 students in Kerikeri, some who have gone on to sell their art professionally.
Children's after school and adult morning classes are available, though positions fill quickly. Classes consist of a maximum of 10 students to assure highest productivity. Both Richard and Diana teach each class.
